Several weeks back, Jenn and I made a date to get together this weekend. We were going to spend a day at a local lake and let the girls just spend quality time with each other. Unfortunately, this past Saturday after weeks and weeks of no rain, the rain came. It was sad that we couldn't spend the day at the beach, but we ended up having a fabulous day despite the lack of cooperation from the weather!
I think it's a "must have" photo every time Keira comes to visit - the breakfast shot!
Plan B was to see the movie "Brave." The girls enjoyed it!
The girls got to ride on the carousel (or merry-go-round as Riley prefers it to be called) at the mall.
We played in the arcade!
The rest of the day included painting, playing, roasting marshmallows, and having a scavenger hunt in the back yard.
We decided this morning that the girls could use haircuts.

It was yet another fantastic weekend with our two favorite ladies. We are looking forward to seeing them again in 3 weeks for Riley's birthday.
