With a mere 6 days before Christmas I am asking myself why it has been so long since my last post. Things around here have been a little busy. Since Thanksgiving, it seems there has been no time for fun. It has been all work and nothing too fun to report. The weather is the normal Syracuse weather - snow, snow, snow!! We even trekked out in the snow last Saturday for Riley's Toys For Tots dance event at the mall. We've been Christmas shopping (online of course) and basically it's just been a lot of busy work!
The girls are great and are so into the Christmas spirit. Riley and Avery love looking for Mac, our elf, every morning. Riley loves counting down the days until Christmas. On the top of her Christmas list this year is a new art easel. I'm thinking she may have been good enough this year to get it!! ;) Avery had the opportunity to sit with Santa at daycare, but she wanted nothing to do with him!! No surprise there!
We're looking forward to Christmas with our girls and hope everyone is ready for theirs!
