A little color goes a long way!

We've been talking about painting Riley's room for a while now, but on Friday night we decided to head to Lowe's and let Riley pick out whatever color paint she wanted. Of course it's no surprise that Riley chose green, it's only been her favorite color since she could talk!!

So on Saturday morning Riley and I got up and spent the morning clearing out her room and taping up the borders. All we needed was Jeremy to wake up and get his paint on.

Jeremy was so good about letting her help - and let's face it - Riley wouldn't have had it any other way!

And of course it wouldn't be like Keegan to not get into things. Check out his upper rear right near his tail - yep, that's green paint!!

And here is the finished product. Riley requested that everything go back exactly where it was. Which was fine by us - no spackling or sanding holes in the wall!! Riley is LOVING the new color in her room (and we are too)!!!
