6 month check-up!

So this post is about 2 days late - which is good considering all that is going on this week.  

Avery had her 6 month check up on 5/7/13.  The appointment went very well.  Avery showed off her ability to sit up on her own to Dr. Rufa.  She also allowed Dr. Rufa to check her out and did it without a peep!!!  Avery is a very healthy baby.  She is on target for all developmental milestones for a 6 month old.

Here are baby girl's stats:

Height: 27.5 inches

Weight: 19lbs. 5oz.

Head: 17 1/4 inches

She is growing beautifully.

She took her 2 shots like a champ - only a few tears and then smiles the rest of the afternoon and evening.  No fever either!!

We don't go back until she is 9 months old - of course for more shots!  BOOOO!
